MOMO’s warranty obligation hereunder is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective PRODUCT, EXCLUDES installation of the repaired or replaced Product. This limited warranty is available to the original consumer purchaser only, does not extend to any other person. Except as otherwise required under applicable state law, this limited warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners. Transfer of title to the Product by the original consumer purchaser voids this warranty. This limited warranty DOES NOT apply to defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, shipment, use other than normal, ordinary family or household use, use of improper cleaning chemicals, exposure to road, salt or installation of the Product not in accordance with the installation provided by MOMO.
