RT - Cuchillo de bolsillo para corcel, 3.3 pulgadas, hoja 14C28N Negro/Dorado

Blade was razor sharp OTB, detent and action was very nice and smooth. Button Liner lock was stick free. Micarta scales were top notch as usual. The blade shape and coaring was spot on. Never had a complaint with every Remmete model I have ever purchased. This is the budget version of the Steed sans the blade steel and titanium scales. Very happy with it.

Excellent action. The Micarta feels great. Very happy with this budget version. Fits my larger hands well.

This was a disappointment for me. It looks nice and I like the feature to be able to disengage the liner lock with a button. But the sharpness and cutting performance pales compared to various pocket knifes or other knifes that came as part of a multi-tool set at a fraction of the cost. And those knifes have several different cutting profiles on different parts of the knife. Just cutting a scrap piece of soft 2x6 required a lot of force just to create a shaving. My sharper chisels slice paper way better than this knife out of the box. It was closer to a dull chisel. Perhaps if I honed it on a water stone.

Finding an everyday carry folding pocket knife that strikes the perfect balance between build quality, ergonomic comfort, and functional versatility can be a challenge. Knife delivers across all these areas, making it an exceptional tool for daily tasks, outdoor camping, and general utility.Exceptional Fit, Finish, and ErgonomicsRight out of the packaging, the fit and finish on this folder are immediately noticeable. The tolerances are tight, the blade centers perfectly when closed, and the button-lock action operates with smooth, crisp precision. There are no rough edges or uneven gaps where the scale materials meet the internal steel liners, reflecting a level of craftsmanship usually found in far higher price tiers. The handle scales provide a textured, contoured grip that feels …

I'm on my second Remette budget knife and this one is a little better than the first one, which had a warped blade. This one does not center all that great, but at least the blade is straight. I opted for a plain satin blade because it's a user, and did not want to deal with blade coatings and coating scratches from normal wear. The micarta is grippy and hardware is T8. The pivot was very loose and worked itself loose in aattwe of a few flicks. These allow you to place your own thread locking compound on the pivot to tune the stiffness of the. Lade deplent action. Amazing edge and decent budget steel. Nice details but the design could have had less pointy corners and edges, but feels great iny medium size 8 hands and very fidgety!

Great knife, real sharp out of the box. Really like the color combo.

This is a great rendition of the more premium RT Steed. Very popular model from Remette. Now in a great budget friendly version. Same overall size coming in @ 7.87” with 3.1” of cutting edge, and weighing in @ 4.2oz. If you have any of Remette’s budget knives then you know this one is of the same great quality as the Rhino, Peak, Auroa, and the Camel. Comes with the same button operated liner lock, not to get it confused with a top compression lock. All in all this is an another banger from Remette here on Amazon.

This is a good knife. I’m not sure why the designers put a sharp end at the back of the knife, however. It digs into your palm when you flip the knife over. So it’s very uncomfortable when you are doing an upper pull cut. Mine took a trip to the grinder. With some files and sandpaper added in, it now has a more rounded over back end. Much better now in the hand. Someone should tell designers that sharp edges on handles are never a good thing, even for aesthetics.
