This review is for the prosupps dr. jeckyll part cause I didnt try the mr. hyde yet. The flavor is blueberry lemonade and I LOVE IT. It's so tart but sweet! It's 8oz of water with 1 scoop, so if it's too sour one can add more water and less scoop. It leaves a bit of an aftertaste + texture but it doesn't bother me. It mixes into water easily and has high quality ingredients.I don't have any side effects from it but it made my partner's chest hurt, even though it is stimulant free. I think some people are just more sensitive to pre-workout than others. Obviously stop use if there is this type of side effect.I think this two-part pre-workout set is a great value compared to other products in the same range. I'm extremely appreciative that there's stimulant free offerings.

First day taking this and I took a full scoop. I got the orange flavor and for some reason it is spicy! Like chili spicy after 5 mins my face was on fire! Like I had fire ants crawling under my skin! Decided to drive to the gym and on my way there the feeling spread to my whole body. I felt like crying it was soo itchy and and it kinda hurt! I’ve never had such a reaction from a pre workout. It’s was horrible!!!! After I started my workout the feeling went away. My workout was good. I could tell a difference in focus and I felt really hot during the workout.I will try 1/4 scoop next time. I bought this non stimulate pre workout because while others with caffeine may work the side effects such as insomnia, increased urination and jittery feeling.Those are all effects I try to avoid when I want to work out. Thankfully I didn't get any of those side effects while using this product. My gripe with this product is that it just didn't feel potent enough to give me that boost to kick me into hyperdrive and actually get some exercise done. The workaround was I had to combine this product with other products in order to get goingI. I combine this product with a bcaa and one of this mio energy drink enhancers plus a mini cliff bar all those products combined gave me the energy I needed to workout bear in mind I am a 42 year old male. Love the beta alanine, and the 0 caffeine, works really well I love the side affects. I don't give this a perfect 5 star due to the flavor, it's not good, I mix mine with water, and juice to help mask the taste. It's by far not the worst flavor, but by no means the best or even close to best flavor...

I was searching for a non-stimulant pre-workout that was the right balance of cost and effectiveness. I simply can't do stimulants. I get massive jitters and anxiety, and even some "non stimulant' pre-workouts tend to trigger that as well. After doing some searching and reading reviews of other pre-workouts, I came across this.
