Transfer of title to the Product by the original consumer purchaser voids this warranty. This limited warranty DOES NOT apply to defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, shipment, use other than normal, ordinary family or household use, use of improper cleaning chemicals, exposure to road, salt or installation of the Product not in accordance with the installation provided by MOMO. Racing will be construed as a misuse y abuse of the Product.
