This knife has a beautiful look and is one of the sharpest I own. I absolutely love it.

Smoooooth as butter. Sharper than most knives upon delivery. Beautiful and extremely well engineered and rendered. This is the first CIVIVI product for me and the Damascus Steel is beautiful, and actually sharper than other Damascus Steel blades at twice the price. The button release is fascinating and I've found it quite useful when the need to deploy the blade with one hand arises. I must say, I am impressed with how smoothly and easily the knife resides clipped on my front pocket without being annoying or bulky. Make no mistake, this is a very sturdy knife! I am delighted with this knife.

More than 3 years and still good, no rust, not loose,well made. Used for every day carry for various needs(cutting boxes,wire,etc) would I purchase this again? I would MosT definitely buy another if my first one ever broke. It is well made. Not heavy, sharp and dependable.

So Ill say this right away-I love this knife, at this point I regret not getting Damascus style of the blade but I was worried it’d be too nice for EDC. So the things I like about it:-its sleek design, it is thin compared to my other knives and is also light weight.-I really like the clip design where the clip starts at the very edge of it so when you clip it inside your pocket its almost disappears and less visible than other clip designs.-also it is probably the sharpest knife Ive gotten but to be fair this is the most expensive knife ive gotten so far.-since this is my first CIVIVI knife I am totally newbie to this opening mechanism and I must say I love it, loved it from first sight, the sound when the knife opens is so clean and satisfying you iust wanna keep playing with it.Another …

I personally think this is the best Elementum of them all. The button lock on this particular model is one of the best that's come out of Civivi. I own over 15 Civivi's many of them button locks and none of them perform like this model.It's one of my only gripes with Civivi. Some of their models have a bit of button stick...oh and their stupid pocket clips.The BL version is incredible across the board, excellent ergos, hollow grind, buttery smooth, super fidgetability, great steel, sits narrow in the pocket, it's very light in weight and well manufactured. I do recommend upgrading to their Ti pocket clips but with that, you will lose the deep carry aspect.I also own the Damascus and carbon fleck version of this model and it's even better, smoother, and capable of a sharper edge. This is my personal EDC knife.Smooth opening, and exceptionally sharp right out of the box. Slices nicely, and has excellent edge retention. Absolutely beautiful Damascus pattern in the steel. I really love the push-button locking system. It allows me to draw the blade very quickly, but also safely.After carrying this knife all day long, every single day, since I originally bought it many months ago, I am actually thoroughly impressed. I loved the regular Elementum. I didn't expect to when I bought it. I've got a bit of a budget knife addiction and tend to rotate through my collection frequently. Sometimes changing knives midway through the day when the whim strikes me. The Elementum surprised me though. It's elegant enough to work as a gentleman's carry. It's small enough to be extremely easy to carry. But it's also big and capable enough at cutting to feel like a plus-sized workhorse. It's not especially distinctive or visually exciting. It's just a basic peanut butter and jelly drop/spear point done to perfection. Strangely enough though, all of those disparate facts cause it to straddle enough of the niches in my EDC stable that I didn't find myself rotating blades like I usually do.
