The O rings have a Shore A hardness of 70 and are rated for pressure up to 30 MPa (4, 350 psi) and dynamic pressure up to 15 MPa (2, 175 psi) when installed in properly designed grooves.They operate continuously within a temperature range of -30°C to +120°C, with short-term exposure capability up to 130°C.Tensile strength is ≥12 MPa per ASTM D412.Elongation is greater than 300%, supporting installation over shafts or bosses without breakage.Compression set is ≤30% after 70 hours at 70°C per ASTM D395 Method B. Each O ring features chamfered edges on both inner and outer diameters to reduce the risk of nicks during installation.A non-stick coating is applied to prevent sticking without talc or powder.A color stripe is molded into the outer circumference of each size group for visual identification.A laser-etched size marking (e.g., “8x1.5”) is present on each ring.The material exhibits controlled oil swell behavior and resists abrasion, tearing, and extrusion under typical operating conditions. The kit is compatible with systems using petroleum-based oils, diesel fuel, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and hydraulic oil.It is suitable for use in environments exposed to amine-based corrosion inhibitors, extreme pressure (EP) grease additives, and incidental with food-grade lubricants where NSF H1 registration applies.Low-temperature function is confirmed by TR10 ≤ -35°C per ASTM D1329.The O rings are fully post-cured to dimensional stability with no shrinkage during storage or initial heat exposure.
